Can I edit the existing text of the PDF?
No, this adds new text on top. Editing text already in a PDF requires a full PDF editor.
Does it work on scanned forms?
Yes, that’s the main use: a scanned form is just a picture, and the text is placed over it.

Type an “X” or ✓ and place it in the box.
