Why does my PDF still open sideways after rotating it in my viewer?
Most viewers rotate the display only. Saving the rotation into the file is what fixes it for other people.
Does rotating reduce quality?
No. Rotation is a page setting, not a re-render, so nothing is recompressed.
Can I rotate just one page?
Yes, each page has its own rotate buttons.
