These terms are an agreement between you and the publisher of this website, named in the legal notice. By using the site, you accept them.

Using the tools

All tools on this website are free to use, for personal and commercial purposes, without registration. Files you create with them belong to you.

You are responsible for the files you process and must have the right to use them.

What you may not do

• Use the tools for anything illegal, such as infringing someone’s copyright, invading someone’s privacy, or making content meant to deceive or harm.
• Send unlawful content to the AI tools that use our server. Images are never stored, but we still process them.
• Use the site or its server automatically or in bulk: scripts, bots, scraping, or calling our server from your own software. The AI tools are shared, and their hourly limit exists so they stay fast for everyone.

Recordings and edited images

The screen recorder, webcam and microphone tools record only on your device. If you record other people, getting their consent is your responsibility. Images edited with the AI tools are yours to use, but passing one off as an unedited photo where that matters, for example as evidence or on an identity document, can be unlawful.

Not professional advice

The calculators, the invoice generator and the passport photo maker help with arithmetic and formatting. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Check that an invoice meets the rules where you do business (some countries require specific details, or invoices sent through an approved e-invoicing platform), and check your government’s requirements before you submit an ID photo.

No warranty

The tools are provided “as is”, without any warranty. We do our best to make them reliable, but we can’t guarantee that results will always be perfect or that the site will always be available. Keep a copy of your original files.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of this website or its tools. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, and disputes go to the competent French courts. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of your own country’s mandatory rules and can bring a claim there.

Changes
