Add a watermark to your photos
Stamp your name or logo on photos, in a corner or tiled across the picture.
Watermarks do two different jobs: claiming a photo as yours, and marking a copy as "not final" — a proof, a draft, a preview. This handles both, on one image or a hundred.
Use your own text or drop in a logo with a transparent background. Place it in any of nine positions, or tile it across the whole picture, which is much harder to crop out.
Everything renders at your photo’s full resolution, so the stamp stays crisp when someone opens the file properly rather than as a thumbnail.

Frequently asked questions
Does a watermark actually protect my photos?
It discourages casual reuse and keeps your name attached when a photo travels. It won’t stop anyone determined: corners get cropped and semi-transparent marks can be painted out. Tiling at moderate opacity is the most stubborn option.
Can I use my logo?
Yes — switch to "Logo image" and pick a PNG (a transparent background works best). It’s scaled relative to each photo, so mixed sizes still look consistent.
What opacity should I use?
Around 30–50% is visible without ruining the picture. For proofs and drafts, go higher and tile it.
Are my photos uploaded to make the watermark?
No. The stamping is done by your own browser, which is also why a batch of large photos is limited only by your device.
